Fabio Scacciavillani: I am a University of Chicago educated economist who after several successful years of career in financial institutions and international organizations (Goldman Sachs, European Central Bank, International Monetary Fund) moved to the Arabic Peninsula struck by a sudden fascination with the incredible push that this once sleeping neck of the world is making into the XXI century. I moved first to Doha and then to Dubai the epicenter of this tumultuous economic and cultural revolution. Now I am in Oman.
